What The Cards Mean
Protected email addresses
Each configured IMAP mailbox consumes one protected address from the licence allowance.
Extra addresses
Private plans can upgrade to additional protected addresses; business and group plans use batch or per-user upgrades.
Device activations
Device activation is separate from protected email allowance and is managed by the backend licence service.
Trial first
The 7-day trial starts after account creation and appears in the admin backend with expiry date and customer status.
